"President Clinton Enforces The No Fly Zone" - 1996

Here’s another bit that dates back to the early days that the guys spent at WLTF-FM in Cleveland, Ohio.It’s a morning speech from the then President to announce a continued no-fly zone over the skies in IRAQ which had been in effect since the U.S. and other allies chased the Iraqis out of KUWAIT during the first Gulf War. It was written by both Corey and Jay with Jay as Clinton and Saddam with Corey as the leader of the Iraqi Air Force. It hasn’t been heard since it aired in 1996.
